Which Minecraft versions and cores are supported?

You can choose any available version and compatible Pterodactyl core, including Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, modpacks, Bedrock cores and Velocity proxy.

Is there a player-slot limit?

No. The plan does not set a software slot limit. The practical number of concurrent players depends on load, core, world, mods, plugins and allocated resources.

What is included with the free web hosting?

Every Minecraft plan includes free DDoS-protected web hosting for the project website. MySQL database access is available with the free web plan.

Can I get more MySQL databases?

Yes. The number of additional databases depends on the selected web-hosting plan. MySQL database access is already available with the included free web plan.

How can I use a custom hostname?

You can buy or use your own domain and point its DNS record to the Minecraft server IP. The domain itself is purchased separately.

Is game DDoS protection included?

There is no separate specialised DDoS protection for the game port. The server uses a shared network connection of up to 500 Mb/s. DDoS protection applies only to the included web hosting.

Can I install my own mods and plugins?

Yes. Use the Pterodactyl file manager to upload plugins, mods, modpacks, worlds and custom configurations.

Can I change the plan later?

Yes. A plan change is arranged through support. Create a backup of important data before resources are changed.
